CAEL SERVICE srl was established in 2001 as an answer to the increasing requests and requirements of the customers of CAEL, regarding assistance and technical guiding to the use of the products. The elevated technical level of the products that CAEL offers has the advantage of innovative, flexible and functional use, but on the other hand they require an elevated service and assistance before and after the purchase, aimed at the correct and simplified use of the equipment.
The highly qualified staff of CAEL SERVICE has the competence and experience to “teach” the customers of the principals of the functions, utility procedures, applicated software, with the aim that they might be able to transmit the knowledge and information to their own final customers.
